Legal – civil studies
After the Civil Law postgraduate program, students will acquire knowledge and understand all areas of civil law, such as: material civil rights, property rights, civil procedure, binding law, family law and inheritance law, European private law, industrial property law, commercial law, tax law, etc.. Also in this program the graduates will understand the fundamental rules relevant to key areas of civil law, theoretical perspectives and academic debates, which significantly noted legal fields, key aspects, and political issues related to the functioning principles state institutions in relation to private law.
This program will enable student’s valuable postgraduate qualifications, especially those who intend to take the lead in the reform process of the judiciary, the preparation of laws and the provision of services to citizens in the sphere of civil law and real law.
